Welcome to the New York Delta chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. For over seventy years, New York Delta has been a part of the fraternity community at Rensselaer. We've moved from other houses in the past and, today, we're located on Fifteenth Street in Troy, just a half-block from the Renssealer Union.
