Chapter Counselor is the alumnus who works most closely with the active
chapter. Our Chapter Counselor is involved in the chapter's day-to-day
operations as well as the longer-term plans the chapter has.
New
York Delta's Chapter Counselor helps the chapter set goals for itself,
including those involving academics and recruitment. He works most closely
with the active chapter leadership in meeting those goals, serving as
an advisor rather than an active participant. In many cases, he also helps
the individual members themselves, offering ideas and advice to those
who ask.
