The
New York Delta Chapter wouldn't survive and be where it is today without
the help of our alumni volunteers. Our alumni volunteers provide the chapter
with their time and efforts, helping the active members improve the chapter
and build upon their successes. On occasion, alumni volunteers help individual
members with their questions and concerns, providing mentor responsibilities
to those who need them.
The
New York Delta Alumni Board is a governing body providing long-term facilities
and financial planning to the chapter. In addition to discussing these
topics at its monthly meetings, the Alumni
Board also oversees the chapter's alumni
relations, including the publishing of New York Delta's alumni newsletter,
The Fusil Oil.
New
York Delta's Chapter Counselor functions
primarily as an advisor to the active chapter, helping the chapter's leaders
set and meet the chapter's goals and helping the chapter's members acheive
their personal accomplishments. He is able to represent the chapter views
to the Alumni Board as well, as he is an ex-oficio member of the Alumni
Board.
